Important Payment Requirement:
Full payment is strictly required before confirmation of delivery schedule.
Payment Verification Process
Bank Deposits & Online Transfers
Requires copy of transaction slip with reference number and complete payment details for verification.
Check Payments
Subject for clearing and verification before delivery date confirmation.
Reserved Items
Balances must be settled at least two (2) business days before preferred delivery schedule.
Refund & Replacement Policy
• Cancellation and refund requests are not allowed after issuance of official receipt or acknowledgement of payment.
• Allowed within seven (7) days after delivery.
• Item must have proven manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
• No original copy of sales invoice = No refund or replacement request will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
• Reservation fees with unpaid balances for at least three (3) months will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Lead Time & Delivery Scheduling
Delivery Lead Time
• Local payment: 2–3 working days
• International payment: 3–7 working days
• COD deliveries depend on delivery team availability
• Same-day delivery/installation: prior approval only
• No fixed time; deliveries between 9am–6pm
• Changes due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated
Fees & Charges
• Selling prices exclude delivery & installation fees
• Delivery rates depend on distance
• Free installation on selected items
• Extra care items: additional installation fees apply
• Condominium/no elevator: +₱100 per floor
• Mountain/uphill: +₱300 delivery charge
• Delivery beyond working hours: +₱300/hour
Customer Responsibilities
• Provide complete address, contact number, authorized person, landmarks, and sketch
• Incomplete instructions may cause missed/delayed delivery
• Sufficient space must be checked prior to delivery
• Recipient unavailable: 15-minute wait, beyond that → Failed Delivery
• Re-scheduling requires extra delivery charge
• Inspect and test items after installation/demonstration
• Sign delivery receipt to confirm good condition
• For long-distance delivery, video/photos sent to customer for confirmation
• Installation may happen immediately or within 3–5 working days
• Rescheduling may incur additional charges + transportation fees

• Freight and handling charges depend on courier/shipping company
• Estimated shipment lead time depends on courier schedule
Note: Final freight rates and estimated lead time will be confirmed prior to shipment.
Shipment Preparation & Dispatch
• 10–14 working days from date of purchase
• Covers preparation and packing period
• Peak season may cause longer shipment lead time
Customer Responsibilities
• Complete shipping address
• Contact numbers
• Authorized receiving person
• Delivery sketch/detailed directions
• Incomplete information may result in missed or delayed shipment
• Once orders are forwarded to the courier, responsibility ceases
• Delays or damages must be addressed directly to the shipping/logistics company
• Charges depend on HMF-accredited courier/shipping companies
• Rates and schedule may vary
Warehouse Order Release Schedule
Warehouse Release Hours:
• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• POs received on/before 3:00 PM → Released same day
• POs received after 3:00 PM → Released following day
To Claim Orders:
• Present Sales Invoice
• Orders will NOT be released without valid receipt
• Authorized representative must present: Valid ID and Sales Invoice
No Sales Invoice = No Release
